Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help our company grow in Portugal and nearby countries. You will look for new business opportunities, find new clients, and build good relationships with companies.
You will help us find businesses in Portugal and other nearby places that need help with hiring workers. You will also plan and follow strategies to grow our work and make us one of the top recruitment agencies in the region.
Job Requirements:
To do well in this job, you should have the right skills and knowledge. We are looking for someone who has:
- Good experience in business development or sales. It’s better if you have worked in recruitment before.
- Strong knowledge about how business works in Portugal.
- Ability to work alone and take action without being told what to do.
- Great skills in talking, negotiating, and working with people.
- Understanding of Portugal’s labor laws is a big plus.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
You will do important tasks each day to help us grow and find new partners. Your main duties will be:
- Researching the market to find new clients in Portugal who need our recruitment help.
- Building strong relationships with local companies and understanding their hiring needs.
- Planning and using smart strategies to grow our business in Portugal.
- Talking with our London office to make sure everyone is working towards the same goals.
- Making deals and agreements with new clients.
- Giving reports about the market, problems, and new chances to grow in Portugal.
