As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help our company grow in Sweden. You will find new clients, build strong relationships, and support our success. You need to be active, understand recruitment, and always give great service.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone with experience in business development. You could be an Executive or a Manager, depending on what you have done before. You need to know the Swedish market and be good at talking, negotiating, and building trust. Your main job is to connect with companies in Sweden that need help finding workers.
Job Requirements:
We want someone who:
- Has worked in business development, sales, or recruitment before.
- Understands the Swedish market and job rules.
- Can work alone and find new business opportunities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Researching the Swedish market to find companies that need recruitment help.
- Building and keeping strong relationships with local companies.
- Creating good plans to help our business grow in Sweden.
- Working closely with our UK office to stay on the same page.
- Making deals and contracts with new clients.
- Sharing updates and reports about what is happening in the Swedish market.
- Going to events, conferences, and meetings to promote our company and find new clients.
- Working with the recruitment team to make sure clients are happy with the workers we provide.
