Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager for Lithuania, your main goal will be to help the business grow a lot. You will find new chances in the market and get more clients in Lithuania and other parts of Europe. You need to be active in making strong and long-lasting relationships with important people and understand the special job market in Lithuania. Your work will help us become a top recruitment agency in Lithuania.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar field is needed.
- Experience in recruitment or staffing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Lithuania’s business and job market is essential.
- Ability to work independently and find good business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Lithuania’s local labor laws is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of rules and commitment to ethical business is important.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research the market to find potential clients and industries needing recruitment services in Lithuania.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local companies.
- Understand client staffing needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement plans to grow the business in Lithuania.
- Work closely with the UK office to ensure good communication and teamwork.
- Negotiate contracts and deals with new clients to secure profitable business.
- Provide regular reports to senior managers on market trends, challenges, and opportunities in Lithuania.
