We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Remote Student Counsellor to join our team. This job is only for people from Thailand who are now living in the UK. You will help students from Thailand and nearby countries who want to study in the UK or Europe. You will be their guide and support them through every step of the school and visa process. Your job is important because students need help to understand how to apply and get a visa. You can do this job from home anywhere in the UK.
Job Description:
As a Remote Student Counsellor, you will talk to students about many universities and colleges in the UK and Europe. Most students will be from Thailand and nearby countries. You will help them with each step of applying to schools and getting a visa. You will check documents, help with applications, prepare them for interviews, and answer their questions. You will also work with our teams in the UK and Estonia to make sure everything goes smoothly. Another part of your job is to connect with student groups and schools to find more students. You will help us grow our student network.
Job Requirements:
- You must be a Thai citizen living in the UK.
- You must speak and write in both Thai and English.
- You should care about education and enjoy helping people.
- It’s good if you have worked before in:
- student support
- sales
- customer service
- You should be kind, friendly, and able to explain things clearly.

- Give students clear information about:

- Work closely with teams in the UK and Estonia.
