Job Description:
As a Remote Student Counsellor, you will help students from Jordan and nearby areas to study in the UK or Europe. You will support them from the beginning until they get admission and a visa. You will be the first person they talk to, and you will guide them step by step. This job is not just work—it is a chance to make a big difference in someone’s life through education. We want people who can connect well with students and really want to help them.
Job Requirements:
- You must be from Jordan or living in Jordan or the UK.
- You should understand the culture and education system in Jordan.
- You must speak English and Arabic (Jordanian dialect) well.
- Experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- We will give you training if needed.
- You must love education and enjoy helping others.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talk to students and understand what they want to study.
- Help students choose the right university in the UK or Europe.
- Guide students in filling out application and visa forms.
- Answer their questions and support them at every step.
- Work closely with our teams in the UK and Estonia.
- Build relationships with student groups and education networks in Jordan.
