Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help our business grow. You will look for new clients in France and nearby countries.
You will connect our recruitment services with what local businesses in France need. You will do research, talk with business owners, and make deals that help both sides. Your work should match our business goals.

Job Requirements:
- You should have experience in business development, sales, or a similar job.
- It’s better if you have worked in recruitment or staffing before.
- You must understand how the French market and businesses work.
- You should know what kind of workers different industries need.
- You must be able to work alone and find new business chances.
- Knowing French labor laws is a plus, but not required.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Do research to find businesses in France that need workers.
- Build good relationships with local businesses.
- Listen to what each business needs and offer the right recruitment services.
- Make business plans to help the company grow in France.
- Talk regularly with the UK team to make sure goals are the same.
