Job Description:
As our new Business Development Manager, your main job is to find new business opportunities and help the company grow. You will help us get new clients and keep good relationships with companies in Spain and nearby countries.
This is an important role. You must be good at planning, speaking with people, and finding ways to enter the market. You will represent our company in Spain. You need to know what local businesses want and show them how our recruitment services can help them.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a skilled and excited Business Development Manager to help us grow in Spain and nearby countries. You must have experience in business development and be good at speaking and making deals. You should also know the Spanish job market well.
Here’s what we need:
- You should have experience in business development, sales, or a similar job. It is better if you have worked in recruitment before.
- You should know the job market and business culture in Spain.
- You must be able to work alone and take the lead in finding new business.
- It is not required, but it helps if you know the labor laws in Spain.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As our Business Development Manager in Spain, you will have many different tasks. Your job will help us grow and succeed in this region. Your main duties will be:
