Job Description:
We are looking for someone who lives in Algeria or the UK and wants to help students. As a Remote Student Counsellor, you will help students from Algeria and nearby countries who want to study in the UK or Europe. You will talk to them and help them with applications and visa questions. You must speak both English and Algerian well. This will help you build trust with students.
Job Requirements:
- You must live in Algeria or the UK.
- You must be a citizen or resident of Algeria.
- You must speak English and Algerian well.
- You should like helping others and care about education.
- Experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not required).
- Training will be given if you are willing to learn and grow.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talk to students from Algeria and nearby countries (like Tunisia, Morocco, and Libya).
- Give them information about schools in the UK and Europe.
- Help them step-by-step with applications and visa forms.
- Work closely with our UK and Estonian teams.
- Talk to student groups and education networks in Algeria.
- Help students make good decisions and reach their goals.
